Publisher's Synopsis

Feeling mistreated, used and abused, an outcast of society? You are not alone. Some days your pain may seem insurmountable, but Jesus is telling you to let go of it all. Let go of the hurt and pain, for the Father who is seated in glory and power wants you to know that He loves you. In this debut poetry book, Chrisia Ann-Mateena Bartley shows how you can do just that. Cast your worries on the Lord and allow yourself to be swept away in these God-glorifying reflections on the Scriptures.

About the Author

Chrisia Ann-Mateena Bartley was born in Jamaica and now lives in Canada with her husband. Together they run their ministry, The Pool of Bethsaida, in Montreal, Quebec. Based on some of her past and current experiences, Chrisia was inspired to write this book. Chrisia has a heart that ministers to those who have been rejected or cast down and finds encouragement in knowing that one's true purpose and fulfillment is found only in Jesus. This is her first book.
