This 100-page Psalms prayer journal doesn't replace deep bible study and prayer, but it can be a helpful tool to aid you in scripture memorization and to record prayers (and keep track of when they are answered, which can be very encouraging to look back on!) The prayer and lettering journal is broken into days: each day begins on the left side with a section to write a prayer. At the bottom of the left page is a short passage from the Psalms for you to memorize. The right side of each page is blank lettering paper, which you can use to write the Psalm as many times as you can fit it on the page. It's proven that hand-writing helps your brain memorize text faster.
