Often this is one of the reasons that God's children do not carry-out this expectation of God. In Matthew 28:19-20 Jesus left these instructions, "19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations... 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you:" Consequently, by studying you will be able to apply the word of God correctly in your life and when witnessing.
