Publisher's Synopsis
Two young guys accused of shoplifting, with no evidence of such a claim the two were victims of being stereotyped by a store manager. A resident of the community turned cop; he had a bad childhood experience in the neighborhood which influenced his decision to be an officer. He decides to shed light on policing as well as corrupt police officers. A member of the community and community's activists' group "BIONIC" which is 'Believe It or Not I Care" passionate about citizen encounters with law enforcement and civil rights.
