The council, adhering to the plan thus acted upon, of avoiding delay in printing the Proceedings of the ensuing Session, Resolved That in future all Communications read before the Society, and intended for publication, shall be left, ready for press, with one of the Secretaries, within eight days after the Meeting. It is understood by the council that the Authors are alone responsible for the various statements and opinions contained in their respective Communications.
