There are seventy one Associations in Alabama, and not less than fifty men for all their time are actually necessary to carry on this great work.
Again, the board is cut Ofi' from communication with the Baptists of Ala bama for want of a medium of communication. The board must be in touch with the Baptists cf the State; must acquaint them with the nature of the work and the needs of the work and field. Therefore, in view of these facts, your committee suggest the following resolutions for your adoption.
