The State Board asks for next year; of this amount the East Liberty Association has apportioned only 55 cents per member.
In view of the fact that the prosperity of all our mission work is largely dependent upon well developed States, let us, in the name of God, take Alabama for Christ. The material resources God has given us, together with our growing towns and cities, fast increasing population, importance of the work and the spirit of the Christian religion, demands that we do more for State Missions. Let us see to it, brethren, that we honor the Lord with our substance.
