The one hundredth anniversary of the first great battle of the Amer ican Revolution is an event which clearly calls for recognition and commemorative action on the part of the municipal authorities of Boston; and the only question would seem to be the extent and character of the action which it would be proper, and, under the circumstances, desirable, for the city government to take.
