It would seem that how can this happen in our age of openness and transparency? The answer to this question is on the pages of this book, which, I hope, will serve as a weighty argument in the investigation of crimes against HUMANITY in the countries of Central Asia, and therefore its name is "The Conspiracy of Hope"!
