"She was a very special child that will be remembered for a long time," said Ann Taylor, Caley's teacher at Boykin Head Start. "She said she wanted to be a doctor or a lawyer or a princess. But, she would say mommy I'm already a princess, so I could just help other people," said Cyndi Barton, Caley's mother. "She was a leader, and she liked to help other people," Taylor recalled. "She would go to the sink with other kids ... she would help them wash their hands and get their paper towels. She was just like the third teacher in the classroom."
