ABSTRACT: This study was designed to assess the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders among Judo competitors in Yaoundé. The results show that MSD are high at the percentage of 88.2%. Based on these results, at the end of this study and after the analysis when we looking at the prevalence of knee injuries associated to gender, the risk factors, common types of knee injuries, and the mechanism of knee injuries. If disposition are not taken concerning preventive methods as well as proper management of MSD, the rate of incidence may considerably increase leading to low judokas performance and output.
