Kate Power is newly promoted to Inspector - and in charge of her own station. So in addition to getting used to the pressures of responsibility and gaining the respect of a new team, she has to get to know the new neighbourhood, new crimes and even new informers - in particular an enigmatic leader of the Chinese community.
