Publisher's Synopsis
Over 10 Self Healing Health Protocols, with examples and how-to instructions for each.Piss and Paint-Thinner is a title worth an explanation. Certain ideas can seem absurd if you are not properly informed about them or if you are highly informed by the propaganda against them. "And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music." You would expect a person that is mentally unstable to say that they drink piss and paint-thinner, but if a person said they ingest plasma ultra-filtrate and the natural gum spirits of the great pine tree, it would sound like information from an ancient guru. Perception can make square objects round and round objects disappear all together. The reason for the title is to confront the readers suspected ideas right away. I am presenting a variety of holistic approaches that can be applied for ones own health and it is intended for the reader to explore each subject themselves and not solely rely on any given information. Self-examination and experimentation are the only sure ways one can obtain the knowledge and truth they are seeking. It is fair to take other peoples examples, wisdom and achievements by faith and reason, but only as much as to lead ones own self to truth. This book is not designed to treat or cure any specific diseases; for there is but only one dis-ease and that is the disruption of harmony. However, this book is designed to open up pathways for self healing. The body is well equipped with healing mechanisms that can harmonize any disruption of the mind, body and soul. I cannot express this point enough; all illnesses, no matter what stage, progress or severity, can be healed. Any type of healing protocols only aid the body in healing itself. Massage, electricity, stretching, food, tinctures, brews and other medicines help the body to start the healing process. It is the body itself that heals the given ailment. I refer to this phenomenon as the natural Life Force, but other cultures and other time periods refer to it under different names. In Hinduism, it is called Prana, other eastern traditions call it Chi. Theosophists and occult teachers can refer to it as Vril and it has been talked about endlessly by every historical culture you can think of. No matter what you call it or how you conceptualize it, it is a self-reliant force that is always working toward a harmonious existence.
