Father St. Francis), and to my Guardian Angel to consecrate my Whole life and my life's Work for the Salvation Of the poor Dying Sinners, especially those who on account of mor tal sin are in the greatest and proximate danger Of being eternally lost. As far as I can and my other Obligations per mit, I now give and Offer up through the hands Of Mary Immaculate and St. J 0 seph all'my good Works, prayers, and sacrifices ih Union with the Precious Blood Of Jesus Christ and all the Holy Masses, that they may continually plead for the Dying and Obtain for them all the graces necessary and conducive to their eternal Salvation. In union with the Loving and Agonizing Heart Of J e sus I wish to live, work, and die for them. My Jesus, Mercy! Amen.
