Publisher's Synopsis
'Pidgy' is a story about a baby bird which is rescued by some children. They look after the baby bird and wonder what kind of bird it is - an eagle or a hawk perhaps - but it is a boring pigeon. The children visit the library and find out that pigeons are actually very interesting creatures, and they nurse it back to health.
