ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Peter Starbuck was born in 1936 in Birmingham, England, an adviser to 10 Downing Street on Affordable Homes Initiatives, Peter was appointed Chairman of the newly-formed Drucker Society London, which links to the Drucker Society Europe in Vienna and to the Drucker Institute in Claremont, California. A keen naturalist, Peter has dived in four continents including the Great Barrier Reef, the Red Sea, and at a more local location, he has also dived under the Welsh Bridge in Shrewsbury, over which Charles Darwin walked to school.
