FIRST EDITION, title-page device printed in red, pp. 60, foolscap 8vo, original dark grey boards, lettered in gilt to upper board and backstrip, the first issue with title-lettering to backstrip measuring 2cm, the backstrip slightly pushed at ends, bottom corner of upper board with a touch of wear, edges untrimmed, a couple of very faint spots to flyleaf, ownership inscription of Johannes C. Andersen to flyleaf (see below), very good
