This book is not really a book. It is a museum exhibiting stories of a battle against depression and anxiety, surviving teenage years and all the luggage involved and a struggle to find self-worth. This book was written in the belief that anyone should be given the freedom to express their pain and trauma without fear of judgement. If you cannot speak your story out loud, then I urge you to find your voice through over means. You never know what might happen, you could even publish it.
