While renovating an old cottage to transform it into an antiques shop, builders uncover something eerie: an antique doll, deliberately buried beneath the floorboards. The doll seems to move on its own, unexplained noises fill the shop, and other dolls start appearing - dolls that no one brought in. As the disturbances grow more terrifying, the cottage owners call upon Penny Lane, a young psychic with a gift for untangling the supernatural.
As Penny delves into the mystery, she realizes that the doll is merely a key to a much darker secret buried beneath the cottage - and whatever else the builders uncovered is connected to an evil force more dangerous than anyone imagined. The threat is growing, and if Penny doesn't stop it, it could extend far beyond the cottage walls.
