Section 7. The State Planning Board shall cooperate with county, municipal, and regional planning boards created for the purposes of aiding and encouraging an orderly and coordinated development of the State, and encourage and as sist in their creation, and shall also cooperate with planning boards and similar bodies of other States and of the Federal Government, in formulating comprehensive ref gional plans and in the solution of regional problems.
