Vincent Perelli is a lowly seaman who is fed up with Captain Wilkinson's treatment of the crew, especially himself and his three buddies. To make matters worse, he and his fugitive buddies owe money to most of the crew.
Vince plans a daring coup to rid the ship of Captain Wilkinson and make enough money to pay his debts. He enlists help from Gary the card shark, Rube the pickpocket, Dave the locksmith, Maggie the owner of Take a Number, Master Chief John Hosgrove, and the crew.
Just when the plan comes together, everything turns upside down. Can they make the caper work or will they end up in Leavenworth?
