Publisher's Synopsis

Nelson and Bonnie Bedelia) have four grown children; single mother Sarah (Lauren Graham) is moving back to her parents with her two children, Amber and Drew (Mae Whitman and Miles Heizer); corporate attorney Julia (Erika Christensen) is trying to keep things afloat while her husband, Joel (Sam Jaeger), stays at home; Crosby (Dax Shepard) is finally having to face up to adult responsibility; whilst eldest son Adam (Peter Krause) and wife Kristina (Monica Potter) discover that their oddball son, Max (Max Burkholder), has Asperger's Syndrome.
