Two 30-year-old friends from Richmond, Virginia feel the call to adventure in their lives. When Will's grandfather, a WWII Veteran, dies close to the 50th Anniversary of the Battle of Dutch Harbor, the men decide to go backpacking in Alaska to walk in his footsteps. Once there, they encounter odd behavior by the locals and a much more intimate walk with WWII than expected. A shocking discovery while on their last hike puts them in fear for their lives. Could this be a real WWII time warp, they wonder.
