Publisher's Synopsis
The title name 'Palagra' means 'Truth in Writing'. What I have come to understand in my Christian walk is that with God's kingdom there are no grey areas; Either it is white or it is black; Either something is right or it is wrong. Jesus said that He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. (John 14:6). To me this means that Jesus is the supreme example of the evidence of Truth displayed on earth. He is light and in Him is no darkness at all. In essence; if we were to correlate His life with color, He would be all white without any spot of black. We, however are like spotted sheep in that we are born on the earth from flesh. Christian writers are unique in that they provide a ladder for others to climb with ideas generated related to subjects of interest. I have been (as close as I believe is possible) trained by the Holy Spirit in my writing. By profession I am an ICU Nurse (now with some 30 years experience) and hold no degrees from 4 year colleges. In 2001 I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and my life exploded. What I realized is that God does not want a one way conversation; He talks back when given an opportunity. I began having colorful dreams and woke up in the night writing them down. After about a year, I had a dream and an angel told me to write a book. I had no idea what the book was to be about...except I had a pile of dreams which I had carefully interpreted using the Scriptures. I smile as I look back because that was a 'mega-book' of around 1200 pages--not something publishable-but I didn't know it at the time.I looked for a publisher and found none willing to publish my mega-book with an obscure title they couldn't pronounce. It was called Miracule's'. (Now book number 4 in The Steps in the Garden). So, I got down on my face and cried out to God. Cheeks drenched with tears I said, "You told me to write this book and I did it. Here is Your book. It is Your problem."He gave me four dreams that night. One dream said to give Him forty days. He said it had taken me forty years to write the book (and I was just 40 years old), so I should give him 40 days to speak to me regarding how to release it. He likened the time it took Noah to build the ark to the way I had lingered to build what I was supposed to build. So, I waited and He gave me direction during that time to split the mega-book up into four books...then turn over the stack and release them. I released coríanta paying a printer $30,000 to format and print the book. It was quite a bit of money and I still had three other books to publish, so I asked God if I could have a publishing company. It is clear in my mind to this day. I said, "God can I have a publishing company? Then I can publish and print as much as I want?"He said, "Sure."Then, thinking that I knew nothing about publishing, I asked, "But, I don't know anything about publishing."He replied, "That's OK. It will come in a box with instructions."I am ready to share what I have learned with other writers and artisans related to releasing books that honor God. It is true; Truth comes in black and white...
