This book of Haiku poems is written to express the two metaphoric side of lives that are inherently interchangeable. Pain and Pleasure can be a metaphor for life, in that each person viewpoint of pain and pleasure can greatly differently. What is pain to one can be pleasure to another and seemingly what is pleasure to one can be pain to another. Hence, the torment that many face when confronted with life challenges and difficulties-pain and pleasure.
