Out of Her Darkness

Out of Her Darkness tells the story of a young girl, Kennedy, who experienced turmoil as a child. The hardships she endured could have made or broken her and she chose to use the darkness as her guide to the light of healing and grew from it. Share in her experiences as she idolized someone whose early life choices and actions labeled them as a demon to others while all she ever saw was their kind, loving heart. Follow her on her journey of trials and tribulations as she goes from adolescence to adulthood. After living a life full of highs and lows, I have come to a place of inner peace and acceptance that not everything or everyone is what they seem. While it may be true that my father, the man who truly was my first love, had a dark side, it didn't define him as a person or the genuineness of his soul. Nevertheless, there were a few traits in both him and my mother which would assist me in dealing with the conflict of love and life I would endure. My Daddy is an amazing father and honorable man and my mother is a strong and determined woman; I strive to embody and exhibit all of the positive traits which dwells in each of them. Just like any one of us, there's so much more than what can be seen with the naked eye; beneath the surface is where our heart and soul are and who we truly are. Dealing with my own confusion of what love is has led me to share my story with others so that you, too, are able to find closure, acceptance and peace to live your life as you were created to.
