This eventually earned her one of the most prestigious awards ever given to youths in Jamaica, The Prime Ministers National Youth Awards for excellence in Arts and Culture. Also, Youth empowerment award from Jamaican Youth empowerment through culture, arts and nationalism, (JAYECAN).She is recognized for her countless contributions to international anthologies, charity anthologies, and literary websites, blogs, and blog talk radios in places such as, India, Nigeria, Nepal, US, England, Canada and Jamaica. She features on national television, radios and was recently featured on Jamaica Poetry festival alongside the likes of Mutabaruka and Yasus Afari.
