It was during a seven-day fast for the Body of Christ, scattered throughout the different denominations, and while basking in the Lord's presence through deep praise that the Lord birthed this book in my heart. This being my first experience, I knew I needed to rely on a Higher Power every step of the way for inspiration, discipline and the anointing. Prayer is an active part of my life, but praise plays an even bigger role. This book is inspired by the many decades of a life of praise and of deep adoration to the Lord.
