Publisher's Synopsis
While Earth is under fire from a monstrous race of aliens called the Reves, a second race of aliens, the Flieursk, save a handful of humans, among them a sister and brother. Twenty-two years later, Orestes Chase has worked his way up the political ladder of his new home in hopes of someday freeing the humans still on Earth from the Reves. His sister, Sophronia, has attempted to leave her humanity behind, becoming the newest star-fighter pilot in the Flieursk military. During an unsanctioned journey to Earth, Sophronia and her squadron find themselves being hunted by the Reves and their hired bounty hunters after rescuing human rebels from Earth. While they fight for their lives, Orestes is caught in a web of deceit with the Reves Autocrat, Temus, whose master plan is to take over more than just Earth.
