Publisher's Synopsis
Each story in this book is written with my love of the past life I lived in Oregon County, Missouri. Writing these stories has turned back the clock of time many times for me and it is my desire that it will do the same for you. One of the purposes for the book is to remind you of your forgotten past and let you relive just a bit of that past and remember friends. You will wonder about them now, as you relive your own story. Each story can be a reminder of, "I did that when I was little and I had forgotten." You will place yourself back to those days and can share with your kids and grandkids about them. Hopefully, this book will bring stories of the olden days that your children will be interested in and in a way of life that they are not familiar with, because you had forgotten yourself.
