Publisher's Synopsis

Abu Dhabi, October 2017, CIA case officer Evelina Daniels was deployed there for mediating the Qatari crisis. This mediation task was given a codename: Operation Beatrice. Her partner Kevin Howard considered this crisis to be a trick by Hassan Roohani, who desired for inciting resentment among U.S. alliances. Evelina held a quite different idea: It was an ISIS intrigue which meant to take power peacefully by creating serious social problems and economic recessions. Kevin found such an idea absurd, because no traditional jihadist would possibly get this complex plan in mind.

A few days later, however, a senior ISIS leader named Joel Fahd defected to the CIA after his bombing attempt on Goreme was frustrated by Turkish Intelligence. He confirmed Evelina's judgment that there was a plot to seize power. Kevin admired Evelina so much for her precise judgment and most participators of Operation Beatrice were filled with optimism that the crisis would soon be solved. But Evelina began to doubt whether Fahd was telling the truth and whether there was another ISIS trap designed for them...
