Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from O. Jones' Catalogue, 1877
We import our own designs and pattern dresses from Paris and Berlin, from which we get the very latest styles and ideas, which are entirely out of the reach of the small dealers whether in or out of the city. We imitate so exactly these imported Suits in our workroom that we ourselves are unable frequently to distin guish the original from the imitation. Those we make are always from 50 to 100 per cent. Less than the original; therefore we can get up and forward you a Suit at $20 which was really imported at $40 to $75, and you can safely defy the best expert to tell the difference. By these means we get the newest and most fashion able styles at prices that - surprise all.
