I first discovered Christian naturism in a moment of prayer. I was seeking God, asking Him to help me let go of the shame that had clung to me for years. As I read Genesis 2:25-"Adam and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame"-the words leapt off the page. I realized that God's original design for humanity wasn't just physical nakedness, but a deeper kind of transparency and trust. It was about being fully seen and fully loved, just as we are. Naturism, when practiced respectfully and with a heart of worship, is a way to return to that trust. It's not about rebellion or indulgence; it's about stepping into the truth of who we are in Christ. And what better way to do that than while surrounded by the beauty of God's creation? These are destinations where you can embrace your faith, your freedom, and your identity as a child of God. I'll share practical tips, personal stories, and Scriptures to encourage you along the way. Maybe you're curious, but hesitant. That's okay-I was, too. This journey isn't about rushing into something you're unsure of. It's about prayerfully exploring what God has for you, step by step. My hope is that this book will open your heart to the joy and freedom of living without shame, whether you take your first naturist vacation tomorrow or simply start seeing your body through God's eyes today.
