In addition, the book offers expanded team-by-team records for Major League Soccer and the National Women's Soccer League, recaps of the first seasons of competition for the Canadian Premier Soccer League and USL League One, and a history section anchored by an in-depth statistical review of the 1960's International Soccer League, which featured major European and South American teams representing major U.S. cities in a summer-long league competition.
