Ritzhard is the governor of a small state in the cold north, and Sieglinde is an ex-military woman from another country, whose expertise with weapons earned her the nickname "Crimson Eagle." Their meeting was fortuitous, a matter of fate, but Ritzhard fell in love with her at first sight and convinced her to marry him.
