Publisher's Synopsis
After surviving the band of marauders, things are looking up for the band of believers until... A wildfire is raging through the forest. The game is gone and if the winds don't change the fire could destroy everything they've managed to put together. It's a mad dash to safety with fervent prayers sent up to survive the fiery furnace. Will all be lost or will their prayers be answered? And what other blessings might the Lord provide?
During the tribulation, 18-year-old Willow Archer and her band of believers are struggling to survive in the Montana wilderness. They finally have shelter and a thriving garden, but when meteorites spark wildfires, a massive forest fire threatens to destroy their remote cabin.
Meanwhile, Uncle Tony arrives with more bad news. It appears their former friend, Jacob, has teamed up with their nemesis, Capt. Marcus Laramie. Will Jacob lead Marcus straight to the believers?
Not only does Willow have to decide what to do about Jacob and Marcus, but she's also faced with another devastating decision: abandon the group's home and garden, facing starvation in the coming winter; or stay to save their food supply in the path of a raging inferno?
