Here's a story of a young girl growing up on the streets of D.C. where she falls victim to rape, addiction, physical abuse, and homelessness. Losing her mother while serving a 10-year sentence sends her back on the path of destruction after being released. When she decides to get her life back on track, she watches her father transition before her eyes. Promising her father on his death bed that she will never use drugs or alcohol, she fights with the demons that are constantly trying to bring her back to the life she left.
