Publisher's Synopsis
A young man named Jason is captured and tortured by drug dealers, and after a miraculous escape he is befriended by two elderly men. These men work for an organization that is preparing to take the law into their own hands. Up to this point, all they needed was the right man to carry out their orders. Calling themselves the F.L.O.C.K., these men are going to wage vigilante justice on the criminals that have overrun their city. They train and guide their new recruit, who becomes very efficient at killing those deemed by the F.L.O.C.K. as "no longer having the right to live." This vigilante is hunted by both the police and the drug lords. His daring escapades and ability to elude capture frustrate the chief of police and mayor. As more law enforcement agencies are called in to apprehend this public enemy, the drug lords also send in hit men to take out this vigilante assassin that has disrupted their drug trade. As the noose begins to tighten around Jason, he is forced to leave the country, going to South America where he embarks on a campaign to shut down the drug cartels.
