This volume contains 15 invited talks by representative speakers from nuclear and particle physics laboratories for the intermediate energy region. The discussions gave a review of the new trends and experimental facilities for intermediate energy nuclear physics studies. The presentations were from LAMPF, KVI-Groningen, PSI, INS-Tokyo, IUCF, GSI, CEBAF, SATURNE-Saclay, KEK-PS, TSL- and ISV-Uppsala, KFA-Juelich, UK and CERN.
