This teacher's guide is available to accompany a series of three English language books written specifically to comply with the attainment targets of the National Curriculum Key Stage 3. Following on from the original "Steps" series the aim of "New Steps" is to develop the students ability to speak and write with confidence in a variety of ways to a variety of audiences.;The books cover levels 3-6 of the attainment targets for speaking and listening, reading and writing.
