Excerpt from New Found Missionary Baptist Association of North Carolina: One Hudred and Eleventh Annual Session, Held With Redmon Baptist Church, Marshall, North Carolina, Rt. 1, Paynes Chapel Baptist Church, Marshall Rt. 5, Little Pine, North Carolina, Thursday and Friday, August 18-19, 1966
Section I. The confederation of churches shall be known and called by the name of New Found Baptist Association.
Section 2. The object of the Association shall be to promote the glory of God on Earth by preaching of His Son, Jesus Christ, our Savior, the universal spread of the Holy Bible, the word of the true God, and by other appropriate means.
Section 3. This Association shall consist of messengers from the churches forming the Union, and such other Baptist churches as may hereafter be received as members thereof.
