Look no further... Jaxson 'Blaze' Walsh, here and boy, these last couple of days have been crazy! I have the ability to shoot fire from my fingertips--thus the name Blaze. You may think that's pretty cool, right? I thought so too, when I sneaked into my girlfriend's bedroom. Until, I almost burned her alive after an intense make out session...did I mention her dad happened to be downstairs? Long story short, my adoptive father Ryan shipped me off from Houston, Texas to The Promising Elite Academy in the State of Connecticut. It's a place run by the psychiatrist, Dr. Benjamin Linden, where I can learn to control my powers with intense training and therapy. Plus the school also houses The Brigade, a secret team of superheroes. I get along great with everyone here, except for Andre the werewolf, who had it out for me the minute he saw me. And the ice princess Krystal Black who ratted me out when I skipped curfew. I can't stand her! She can't control her powers either; anyone she touches turns to ice. However, things did get interesting after we found out my fire power, neutralizes her frosty capabilities. I'm the only person in the world she can touch; too bad for her, she can't stand me. The longer I stay at the Academy, the worse things get back home and the more pressure my family puts on me to get my powers under control. I met a mysterious man one night who promised he could help me with my problem in a matter of hours. His offer sounds way easier than Dr. Benjamen's offer--but is it too good to be true?
