Kelly Reed has been teaching yoga since 2009, a journey that has taken her all over the world. It is her mission in life to spread joy, to make children smile and laugh, while reminding everyone of them that they are worthy and they are enough, to teach them to love themselves and that they are beautiful just the way they are. She started developing these rhymes years ago while teaching children yoga, in schools, in the UK. The kids loved to sing and practice the rhymes so much that she decided she should spread this light to an even wider audience.
