I was inspired to create, "My Morning Magic Life Planner" to help my coaching clients take control of their day by building their morning rituals on autopilot. As well, I wanted a daily Life Planner to keep me focused on doing what is important while cultivating great habits. What we do in the first hour sets our day in motion and with careful planning we can win all our days by building proper morning rituals into automatic habits.
My Morning Magic is based on a several decades of personal research to satiate my quest to become a better version of myself; to be more efficient, disciplined, focused, more productive and to maintain my energetic, fit lifestyle. In the past few decades, I've learned from many great minds and mentors whom all advocate a morning ritual to train and program their minds to build successful habits and to eventually transcend and transform into a newer, better and more disciplined version of themselves. Let's say, "Version 2.0"!!
As we make changes in one part of our lives, other parts fall into place; thus, cultivating a morning routine will also cause changes in other parts of your life.

Most people begin their day on autopilot, hitting the SNOOZE button, tired when they wake up and falling into their daily habits or shall we say, 'traps', which does not serve them by building the life they desire. Functioning on Autopilot and reacting to life's daily demands is not how we take control of our future, rather, it stresses us out. As Jim Rohn so aptly quoted, "If YOU want to have more, YOU have to become MORE."
