Publisher's Synopsis
This book is the second of a series in which mental health concerns surrounding living with a parent are explored from the young child's perspective; "What does it mean for me"? The book is written in simplistic language for the younger child ages 4-8, with engaging, original water color pictures to help give a face to mental health and the concerns children have in living with a parent struggling with mental health. Although this book explores depression, specifically, the first in the series addressed living with a parent with excessive anxiety and future ones will look at parents with difficulty controlling anger, and substance abuse.
