My daily journal of hip pain and disability, which caused me to seek surgical intervention, guidance and post surgical recovery. Before surgery, I found either glowing or dismal reviews for hip replacement. I wanted to hear the stories of other hip replacement patients but found practically nothing. During my road to recovery, I recorded my daily exercises, problems, expectations and more. I hope this journal helps you decide what steps to take if you're considering hip replacement, how to find a doctor and what to expect during recovery. While everyone has a different experience based on several factors, these were MY experiences.
