Starting with "What is your favorite color?", this picture book contains the conversational questions, phrases and words needed to talk through a day in the life of a toddler who loves colors. Your toddler will be introduced to basic Cantonese culture - including red-and-gold New Year decorations, steamed bread, soy milk and moon cakes. You'll also meet a purple seahorse, ask for a cyan pencil, show off a blue balloon and see shiny gold coins.
This book includes more advanced color descriptions, including "rainbow-colored" and color combinations. Each phrase is written in traditional Chinese characters, Jyutping and alternate phonetic pronunciations, and English.
