My Crazy Life has four full pages of tracking goodness for each week. Just fill out each day -- making note of how much water you had, your moods, your habits, how much sleep you got, what kind of crazy dreams you had, the exercise you did, and the food you ate -- and by the end of the week you'll have a perfect snapshot of your not-so-perfect life.
There's also a place to keep track of your measurements and to record your weight. (Not that you aren't already perfect the way you are, but some of us like to keep an eye on things, ya know?)
And if you're the kind of person to likes to see the "big picture" sometimes, I've included a cute 6-month period tracker, along with a 6-month chart for you to graph your weight loss journey. The weight loss page includes 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month goals and rewards if that's what it takes to keep you going when the going gets tough.
Use this My Crazy Life tracker to figure out where you are in life, and then decide where you want to go. Studies have shown the best way to do that is to write stuff down. Identify both your good habits (and your bad habits), then use that knowledge to become your best self.
