I have been a life-long supporter of poetry and rhyme and have always enjoyed reading and writing poems.
My poems from this book, 'Murder in Toyland' have been published in magazines, journals, and anthologies worldwide. They have also been aired on various radio stations in America and Europe. I have been shortlisted, longlisted, and commended for the Yeovil International Literary Prize in 2020 and 2021. I was commended in the Waltham Forest International Poetry Competition in the funniest poem category in 2022. Where appropriate, There are almost 100 poems. I have included information at the foot of the poem
with contest info, dates, remarks, form, etc. They range from funny to tragic, short and long, simple and complex. They are mostly rhyme poems, I do hope you enjoy reading them, and if you have time, please leave a review. Barry
