Publisher's Synopsis
Jake Caldwell and Ed O Riley, of the Caldwell Detectiive Agency, once again have a case of a missing person complicated by murder and money laundering via the Lucky Aces Casino in Las Vegas. The case takes Ed and Jake to Las Vegas, Saint Johns and Quebec Canada in search of the missing person and the murder. Jakes wife Maria Vasquez a famous Criminal Defense Attorney ends up defending the murder in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse Los Angeles California.
